Rachael has been active in the Pool & Spa industry for over 25 years, which has provided her with an all-encompassing expertise in the industry. Rachael worked at a local pool store where she tested water, sold chemicals & managed the retail cash register while pursuing her master’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh. Today Rachael oversees the RB Retail & Service Solutions operations & employees. She has the proclivity of balancing the workload of multitasking while maintaining optimal organization skills. Rachael also provides exceptional customer care to all RB Retail & Service Solutions dealers. She works closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer care it top notch. Collaborating with the Account Managers on new sales and joining with them on travel to some of the industry trade shows keeps Rachael in touch with today’s trends. In addition, she has been instrumental in the marketing of RB Retail & Service Solutions Business Management and Point of Sale software.
