De'Mon is the Business Unit Leader VP of the Pool Business in Pentair’s Consumer Solutions Segment. De’Mon joined Pentair as the Global Director of Supply Chain in the Process Technologies GBU in 2010. Prior to working at Pentair, he held leadership roles at companies including Philip Morris, Mars. Inc. and Ingersoll Rand. His ability to successfully lead global teams has resulted in increased company profits and improvement in customers' experience. De'Mon earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and his MBA from Pfeiffer University. |
Fernando Correal
Fernando Correal is the Supply Leader for the Pentair Pool BU. He joined Pentair in December 2019. Fernando previously held multiple leadership positions at United Technologies, HTC, Sony Ericsson, and Ericsson over the past 30 years. Throughout his career, Fernando has led teams and initiatives to deliver enhanced supply chain agility and responsiveness – always prioritizing service levels for the customer – while maintaining a competitive cost structure on purchased material. Fernando earned his BA in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University. |
